Many newer vehicles have a forward-facing camera mounted to the windscreen for lane-keep assist, autonomous emergency braking and adaptive cruise control. When the windscreen is replaced, these systems must be recalibrated so they read the road correctly.
We will advise whether your vehicle needs recalibration and arrange it as part of the replacement job. This is not optional — driving with an uncalibrated ADAS camera is a safety risk and may void your insurance.
Most of our work is insurance-based. We deal with all the major New Zealand insurers including AA, State, AMI, Vero, FMG, Tower and more. We manage the claim paperwork and invoice your insurer directly, so the only thing you pay is your excess.
