Rarer or newer models may require us to order glass from a supplier, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours. European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW) often need specialist glass that is not held in local stock.

If you are claiming through insurance, same-day service is still possible. We can start the claim process over the phone, get approval from your insurer, and complete the replacement the same day. We deal with AA, State, AMI, Vero, FMG, Tower and all major NZ insurers.

If your vehicle requires specialist glass or the glass is not available locally, we book you in for the next available day. We keep you updated on delivery times and prioritise your job as soon as the glass arrives.
Same-day service does not cost extra. Our pricing is the same whether we fit today or tomorrow. Standard vehicles typically cost $250 to $500. Insurance claims are handled directly — you only pay your excess.
